High-pressure Water Deburring System

CNC Cooling System
Pumpson's CNC cooling machine adopts a precise ceramic plunger pump, avoiding problems caused by metal powder in cutting fluid that can lead to pump body wear, as experienced with other types of pumps such as oil pumps, gear pumps, screw pumps, and centrifugal pumps, which require replacement every one to two years. Our product only requires replacement of the repair kit to continue use. With frequency conversion and fast pressure feedback operation, it can respond to high-speed tool changes, adjust the supply of cutting fluid in real-time, prevent tool overpressure or water shortage, improve cutting quality and tool life.
