CNC Cooling System
The evolution of CNC technology is increasingly focused on high-speed tool changing, the number and variety of tools, making a reliable and efficient central coolant spindle. Traditional CNC coolant systems are no longer adequate, and second-generation frequency conversion models have also faced numerous problems due to their inability to keep up with tool changing speeds and changes in tool types. These issues include motor burnout, tool head leaks, damage to safety and high-pressure valves, damage to high-pressure pumps, insufficient water pressure, central water supply system vibration, inadequate or excessive tool water supply, and even bursting.
All of these problems arise because the equipment cannot determine the required water volume in real-time, instead relying on the pressure changes of the coolant system to vary frequency and achieve stable pressure. Increasing frequency raises water volume when pressure is insufficient, and decreasing frequency reduces water volume when pressure is too high. However, this method cannot provide accurate water volume and only approximates it, causing constant adjustment and stress on the regulating valve, variable frequency drive, motor, and pump, resulting in the aforementioned issues. As CNC technology advances, these problems will only become more severe.
The CNC cooling system by Pumpson uses internationally renowned brand quantitative plunger pumps, with excellent and durable water seal quality of 8000 hours, precise and leak-free flow every time, with high stability and reliability. It is equipped with an exclusive dynamic algorithm that quickly detects the tool diameter based on feedback pressure and adjusts the cutting fluid output flow rate accordingly, ensuring no bursting, water shortage, overload, or other related issues while solving cutting fluid temperature rise problems. The Pumpson CNC cooling system features dual filtration devices and a buffer tank, ensuring stable cutting fluid quality. The machine's frame is designed to reduce vibration and noise, with an multi-functional HMI that monitors and automatically manages operation status, actively varying frequency to accurately control water output and reduce cutting fluid temperature rise. The variable frequency system is energy-efficient, making it the best solution for the rapid change and updating of CNC machine tools.
